Core Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service that embodies the Starbucks Experience.
- Prepare beverages and food items following standard recipes and accommodate custom requests such as ingredient substitutions and varying preparation styles.
- Uphold store safety, security, and cash handling procedures reliably.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area consistently.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Consistent punctuality and attendance, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Effective communication skills to engage customers and meet their needs clearly and pleasantly.
- Quick learner capable of following oral and written instructions and asking clarifying questions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well within a team and foster positive relationships.
