Key Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare quality beverages, food, and whole bean products adhering to Starbucks' recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist in store operations, such as opening, closing, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security.
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Understand and respond proactively to customer and store needs by engaging with the environment and clientele.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by prioritizing customers and building authentic connections.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and welcoming for both customers and colleagues.

Skills and Requirements

No prior barista experience is necessary. What matters most is your passion for delighting customers and contributing to memorable moments. The job features varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends to accommodate store needs.
