Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Barista position is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate. The selected candidate will prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and light food items in line with the restaurant's recipes and standards. The role also includes supporting smooth daily operations, keeping the workstation tidy, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Duties

• Prepare coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and light food items according to set procedures and quality standards.
• Operate coffee-making equipment and use all tools safely and correctly.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and hygienic throughout the shift.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to support uninterrupted service.
• Welcome guests, take orders, and handle payments accurately.
• Respond to customer needs in a polite, efficient, and helpful manner.
• Work with teammates to maintain smooth service and a friendly dining experience.
• Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.

Required Background

• Practical experience with barista work and basic food preparation.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and routine food handling.
• Good customer service skills and a professional, approachable manner.
• Clear communication skills for order-taking, teamwork, and following instructions.
• Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods and handle shift-based work in a busy environment.
• Previous exposure to a café, restaurant, or similar food and beverage setting is preferred.
• High school education or equivalent is helpful; barista training or certifications are an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to workplace processes, and contribute to an inclusive team culture.
