Role Overview
In partnership with a leading international airline, Accor manages Lounge operations at Changi Airport. The Bar Barista is key in providing exceptional beverage preparation and service, upholding cleanliness, and fostering a warm atmosphere for guests in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages strictly adhering to the Lounge and training quality standards.
- Ensure the bar and service areas are clean and well-organized at all times.
- Identify and report any functional issues with coffee machines or related equipment promptly.
- Track inventory levels and replenish supplies as required.
- Serve orders efficiently and promptly to guests.
- Adapt to various guest requests and situations with flexibility and professionalism.
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, lounge, or food and beverage operations.
- Understanding of coffee brewing methods and familiarity with coffee equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a high-speed work setting.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive outlook coupled with a collaborative and team-focused approach.
