About the Role
We are seeking a Banking Executive for a role with IDFC FIRST Bank. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates as well as those with some experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be under the age of 26.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Secure new customer accounts to broaden the bank's customer base.
- Market various banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, and additional financial services.
- Engage in cross-selling activities, including loans, insurance, and investment options.
- Guide customers through account opening procedures and assist with KYC documentation requirements.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and address queries efficiently.
- Meet monthly business goals while adhering strictly to banking regulations and policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree holder.
- Applicants must be younger than 26 years.
