Location: Albany Mall
Employment Type: Permanent, Part-time
Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday
Typical Day
- Greet customers and assist with various banking requirements
- Conduct meaningful dialogues to determine customer needs
- Introduce and simplify digital banking tools to empower users
- Assist customers in account management, including opening accounts and updating information
- Maintain compliance to ensure secure banking practices
- Celebrate collective achievements with the team
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong customer service orientation; prior retail experience is beneficial
- Experience with technology use and promotion; familiarity with digital channels advantageous
- Ability to multitask and adapt in dynamic environments
- Willingness to collaborate within a team setting
- Understanding of compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
