Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create and bake a variety of bakery items including donuts, muffins, croissants, cookies, bread, and other pastries adhering strictly to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of all baking equipment, utensils, and supplies in the work area to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Proper handling, storage, and rotation of all products following safety regulations, including appropriate labeling during preparation and service.
• Work efficiently under peak production demands while maintaining calmness and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ensure all food products are presented, served, and displayed in line with company quality standards.
• Perform routine and specialized cleaning duties using designated cleaning agents to comply with health and safety guidelines as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a food service setting is mandatory.
• High school diploma is preferred.
• Prior experience at Tim Hortons is considered advantageous.
• Competence in following recipes and attention to detail to maintain product quality.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills to effectively interact with guests and coworkers.
• Must be able to secure Transport Canada security clearance and Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) due to airport security requirements.
