Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fresh, quality bakery products daily driven by your passion for baking.

- Ensure rigorous food safety and hygiene standards by maintaining a clean, organized, and audit-ready workstation.
- Lead and support your bakery team, fostering wellbeing, resilience, and a culture of shared success.
- Continuously improve your baking and leadership skills by staying curious and motivated.
- Effectively manage the challenges of a fast-paced work environment including physical demands and tight deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a formal baking qualification or an equivalent industry certification.
- Have prior experience working in a busy bakery setting.
Working Hours and Schedule
The roster option includes shifts starting at 3:00 AM and ending at 2:00 PM, from Monday through Sunday.
