Key Responsibilities

• Embody the Everyday ACTs principles (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to craft products and customer experiences that are truly appreciated.
• Uphold stringent food safety and hygiene standards by maintaining clean, organized, and audit-ready workstations.
• Provide support and leadership within the team to cultivate wellbeing, resilience, and collective accomplishments.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by enhancing baking skills and leadership capabilities.
• Manage the challenges of a busy bakery environment, maintaining composure under time pressure and meeting physical demands effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess formal qualifications in baking or an equivalent within the industry.
• Have prior experience working in a high-paced bakery setting.

Work Schedule

Roster example: Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 3:00 AM and finishing by 11:30 AM.
