Job Overview
We are seeking Backend Engineers to join a rapidly growing global e-commerce company, focused on delivering high-performance systems that handle millions of transactions daily. The company offers two specialized backend engineering tracks, catering to professionals passionate about high concurrency and scalable financial or international e-commerce infrastructures.
Track I: Financial Systems Engineer
- Develop and enhance core financial infrastructure components such as checkout, payment channels, gateways, settlement, and related financial systems.
- Translate product requirements into efficient, production-ready code while overseeing feature development from design documentation to deployment.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to solve complex technical challenges, assess architecture options, and ensure system robustness and speed at scale.
Track II: International E-Commerce Engineer
- Architect and improve backend systems tailored for global e-commerce platforms.
- Deliver features end-to-end including requirement analysis, coding, documentation, and deployment.
- Assist in diagnosing core technical issues, contribute to technology direction decisions, and continuously enhance system performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; relevant fields include Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Track I Candidates: 1–2+ years practical experience in Java/Java Web development with strong fundamental knowledge and independent module architecture design skills.
- Track II Candidates: 1–3 years experience working with Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Proficiency with Java ecosystem technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate, MyBatis is preferred for Track I.
- Familiarity with common storage and middleware solutions like MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, RocketMQ, service registries, and microservices frameworks for Track II.
- Bonus points for experience or interest in AI technologies, including AI Agents or AI-assisted coding.
- Previous exposure to e-commerce or internet companies, especially in high-concurrency environments, is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, ownership mindset, logical thinking, quick learning aptitude, and composure under pressure are essential traits.
