Job Overview
This role entails an experienced B2 Technical Instructor specialized in H145 helicopter maintenance, responsible for delivering expert training and curriculum development to maintenance technicians.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational background must include at least a Diploma in avionics or an accredited aviation training program relating to the field, lasting no less than two years.
- Holding an EASA Part 66 or FAA License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of five years of verified experience in H145 helicopter maintenance, whether military or civilian.
- At least three years of prior experience serving as a technical instructor.
- Possession of a type rating for the H145 model issued by an OEM-approved institution.
- Documented skills in creating and delivering on-the-job training (OJT) curricula aimed at both novice and seasoned maintenance technicians.
- Ability to develop educational support materials, including visual aids like charts and slides essential for technical courses.
- Proven track record in supervising new technicians during their training assessments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for proper training record management, aligned with PSS/GSAC guidelines.
- Preferred experience of at least three years in technical writing.
- Desirable Level-7 certification in areas such as logistics, maintenance, or training-related specialties.
- An instructor qualification or certification from a recognized body is mandatory.
- English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 for non-native speakers; otherwise, proficiency will be evaluated during the interview.
- Competent in office automation tools, notably MS Office.
Mandatory Conditions
- All qualifications and skills listed in the CV must be supported by official documentation.
- Applicants must successfully complete the PSS/GSAC interview, conducted either in person or online.
- Must obtain a security clearance from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia government.
