The role emphasizes leading quality engineering activities for customer-facing software products and services, focusing on End-to-End automation, Customer Journey Testing, and utilizing AI-enhanced Quality Engineering tools such as Playwright, TypeScript, and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering efforts focusing on automation and customer experience
- Build and maintain modern test automation frameworks and tools
- Conduct comprehensive testing across web applications, APIs, and distributed systems
- Implement End-to-End and Customer Journey testing strategies
- Integrate AI and Generative AI techniques into quality engineering processes
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams ensuring continuous integration and delivery
- Manage test environments and test data effectively
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in software quality assurance and test automation
- Expertise in Playwright and TypeScript for test automation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud functionalities including case, chat, email, and phone support
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with performance, accessibility, and security testing
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
Testing Expertise
- Manual testing: Functional, Regression, End-to-End, and Integration testing
- Automation testing: Framework design and implementation
- API testing and Customer Journey validation
- Use of testing frameworks and orchestration of testing environments
