Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Associates for full-time and part-time roles at our Cardston, Alberta location. Associates support the Store Manager by contributing to all facets of store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities to help meet store targets.
- Assist in managing store expenses and controlling shrinkage.
- Contribute to profitability by maintaining quality customer service and operational standards.
- Participate in inventory management and merchandising activities.
- Handle freight as needed to keep stock levels optimized.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior general retail experience.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
