Job Overview
We are urgently seeking energetic and driven individuals for the role of Associate Sales Consultant in Chennai. Immediate joining candidates are preferred. The salary ranges between 268000 to 420000 INR per annum, with additional travel allowances and unlimited incentive opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients, both individuals and businesses, to promote and sell insurance products.
- Conduct in-person presentations detailing policy features and benefits effectively.
- Generate leads via cold calling, outdoor marketing, referrals, and networking activities.
- Build and sustain positive long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide market feedback to help improve product offerings.
- Support clients with policy renewals, claims, and service inquiries.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales goals.
Requirements

- Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
