Role overview
This role is focused on running prepared test cases, identifying mismatches, and making sure testing outcomes are delivered correctly and on time. The position supports software build validation through structured quality checks and careful reporting.
Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned test cases for software builds exactly as planned.
- Log defects and inconsistencies with clear, accurate details.
- Learn and follow testing instructions, standards, and release guidelines for new builds.
- Run regression and repeated test cycles to confirm build quality without reducing accuracy.
- Use software tools to capture data every day.
- Record results, share progress updates, and escalate issues or failures when needed.
- Submit questions or blockers related to test execution in the clarification portal and close them within the required SLA timelines.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required, along with familiarity with QA methods and testing tools.
Preferred experience
Prior exposure to testing consumer devices is an added advantage.
