Position Overview

This opportunity is on behalf of a partner company based in Canada seeking an Associate Producer to contribute remotely to a significant game development project. The role focuses on supporting production teams in staying organized, aligned, and focused to deliver exceptional gameplay experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update schedules and production workflows for game features and assets.
Monitor project goals, milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful on-time delivery.
Assist production teams in balancing resources, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
Work closely with producers, team leads, and developers to enhance visibility into project development.
Facilitate clear communication of project vision, targets, and expectations across distributed teams.
Establish and support review mechanisms to maintain development alignment.
Identify and communicate obstacles, risks, and bottlenecks, proposing practical solutions.
Coordinate daily production routines across multiple locations.
Drive improvements in workflow efficiencies and team collaboration.
Contribute to cultivating a collaborative environment focused on producing outstanding gaming content.

Candidate Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing scheduling, prioritization, and time management.
A proactive approach with a helpful disposition.
Keen understanding of project management methodologies and production workflows.
Experience working within production environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking/scheduling tools.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to identify operational challenges.
Passion for video games and knowledge of game development processes.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and organization.
