Key responsibilities

• Acquire savings-account customers from the identified segment and generate referrals from the assigned catchment area.
• Ensure customer acquisition quality in line with the right customer profile, product mix, and segment mix.
• Guide customers through onboarding and activation on digital channels.
• Support the Senior Sales Manager with catchment mapping and branch scoping activities.
• Share regular updates with the Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager about customer needs and possible business opportunities.
• Follow all sales compliance requirements and standard operating procedures set by the organization.
• Source customers with care and maintain strict adherence to internal policies as well as external rules and regulations.
• Carry out regular catchment activities to attract quality HNI customers and strengthen the bank’s visibility.
• Work on central initiatives and actively seek referrals from existing customers.
• Coordinate with team members and support functions to deliver products and service solutions to customers.

Candidate profile

The preferred applicant is under 27 years of age, has completed a degree, and communicates very fluently in English. Strong communication skills are important for this role.
