Role Overview

This opportunity is on behalf of a partner company seeking an Associate, Instructional Design based in the United States. The role involves crafting digital learning experiences aimed at helping professionals advance brain health research and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance e-learning courses and training content from scientific subject matter experts' materials.
• Use instructional design principles and adult learning theories to build engaging educational programs.
• Ensure all training assets meet brand standards, quality benchmarks, and organizational processes.
• Conduct reviews, edits, and updates to course content based on stakeholder feedback and product updates.
• Execute quality assurance tasks to maintain accuracy, consistency, and timely course delivery.
• Engage in peer reviews and offer constructive feedback to colleagues developing learning modules.
• Update training content in alignment with product releases and continuous improvement efforts.
• Create and revise PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external use.
• Stay informed on the latest features and e-learning development practices related to Articulate Storyline 360.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor's degree or possesses equivalent professional experience.
• Has 3 to 5 years of experience designing and developing digital training materials.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, including the newest features and tools.
• Capable of independently converting source materials such as SME documents, scripts, and presentations into courses.
• Strong grasp of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong editing skills, and commitment to quality assurance.
• Effective at managing multiple projects, integrating feedback, and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborates well with scientific and technical stakeholders and communicates clearly.
• Experience creating training content for complex sectors like healthcare, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, or technology is advantageous.
