Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Associate to join VaynerMedia's CAIT (Creator, Affiliate, Influencer & Talent) Team. This entry-level role requires roughly one year of experience and focuses on providing essential assistance in both paid and earned influencer marketing programs. The position emphasizes research, organizational management, and administrative duties to ensure efficient campaign execution within a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support influencer discovery and selection through research and platform-specific lists.
- Manage and update internal tracking systems, databases, and campaign documentation.
- Assist with communication outreach for influencer campaigns, both paid and earned.
- Monitor influencer campaign assets, deadlines, and deliverables; collect and organize performance metrics for reporting.
- Provide everyday administrative support to the CAIT team as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Up to one year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a similar field; internships are also considered.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and administrative processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance.
- A cooperative attitude and eagerness to assist team members.
