Overview

Join our Human Capital Service Centre team in Kolkata, dedicated to resolving operational and client challenges within Human Capital functions. As an Associate, you'll provide essential support to various HR processes, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and the HC Services Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Duties

  • Deliver front-facing administrative support by responding to routine queries and completing inquiries across firmwide HC processes.
  • Handle advanced administrative tasks and complex inquiries related to Core HR, Disability, Leaves, Offboarding, Payroll, Global Mobility, Campus Recruitment, and Data Management & Reporting.
  • Use comprehensive knowledge of Human Capital policies and statutory legislation to address ad hoc requests and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Create and distribute a range of HCSC communications, including leave agreements, employment verification letters, clawbacks, and procedural documents.
  • Prepare and evaluate payroll data before cutoff deadlines to ensure accuracy.
  • Update processes and provide training to HCSC administrators, while offering hands-on coaching and collaborating on query resolutions.
  • Work jointly with the HC Technology Team to support system maintenance and tackle technical escalations, partnering with other HC teams for smooth HR operations.
  • Assist with various projects and fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Human Capital environments or HR administrative/coordinator roles.
  • Proficiency with Workday, Service Now Ticketing, Microsoft tools including Copilot, automation agents and bots, as well as Alteryx solutions.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the capability to engage stakeholders across hierarchical levels effectively.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and adeptness at managing confidential data with strict adherence to data governance protocols.
  • Excellent communication abilities, encompassing consultation, relationship-building, and facilitation.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, time-management, and listening skills.
  • Strong quality review skills ensuring accuracy and completeness in deliverables.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving competency, along with an inclusive approach to diverse perspectives.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under fast-paced conditions.
