As an Associate Director based in Sydney, you will take a leading role in expanding our national portfolio by identifying and developing new opportunities, fostering existing client accounts, and spearheading innovation in leadership solutions. Your expertise and client-oriented mindset will be essential to driving the firm's growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively grow prospective client relationships aligning with the firm's strategic growth across Australia.
• Develop and architect experiential leadership development programs that transform mindsets, build leadership capability, and deliver measurable client value.
• Lead project governance and execution to ensure high-impact outcomes that surpass client expectations.
• Facilitate leadership development sessions, provide coaching to senior leaders, and deliver immersive programs consistent with Maximus' leadership philosophy.
• Contribute to firm leadership by collaborating on future service offerings and enhancing consulting and advisory capabilities across the broader organization.
• Work collaboratively to pinpoint and cultivate new enterprise-level opportunities to support portfolio expansion nationally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in management consulting and human capital advisory, demonstrating complex problem-solving and business development acumen.
• A strong focus on client relationships, with proven success in delivering solutions that generate tangible results and customer satisfaction.
• Strategic expertise in facilitating cultural transformation, addressing talent and succession planning challenges, and designing effective leadership interventions backed by measurable outcomes.
• A results-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to superior execution and exceeding expectations.
• High levels of ambition and passion, energizing teams through tackling complex challenges and excelling in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive impactful outcomes.
• Relevant tertiary education preferably in Business, Law, or Organisational Psychology.
