Join a dynamic team as an Associate specializing in Construction Litigation, leading significant dispute resolution and arbitration cases throughout the region. Your responsibilities will encompass managing a diverse range of contentious and advisory legal matters focused on infrastructure and the built environment sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of both dispute and non-dispute legal cases within infrastructure and construction industries.
• Conduct thorough legal research, produce expert opinions, and draft essential documentation for arbitration and litigation.
• Work closely with senior partners to develop case strategies and maintain engagement with important stakeholders.
• Support business development and contribute towards the firm’s strategic expansion efforts.
• Mentor junior lawyers, offering guidance on intricate legal principles and case handling.

Experience and Skills Needed

• Qualified to practice law in Singapore with a minimum of five years post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation, arbitration, or formal dispute resolution processes.
• High-level analytical and drafting skills for preparing complex legal documents.
• Ability to handle complicated legal matters independently while fostering teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present legal arguments and risk assessments.
