Associate Center Manager

About the Role

Cultfit Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking an Associate Center Manager to oversee and drive the sales as well as operational success of their fitness center based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role requires managing daily center functions with a clear focus on delivering excellent customer experience and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales including walk-in customers and trial users.
• Achieve set conversion targets and promote upgrades for additional services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and memberships.
• Oversee center operations ensuring smooth class execution and prompt arrival of trainers.
• Address and resolve customer issues, while gathering feedback to improve service.
• Conduct daily audits to ensure the availability and upkeep of center facilities and inventories.

Candidate Requirements

• Education background: Graduate, Diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Strong skills in sales, customer service, and basic operational management.
• Candidates must wear formal attire to the interview.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Shift Timings: Straight shifts from 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Weekly Off: One day off on a rotational basis.
• Compensation package includes a fixed annual salary of ₹300,000 and an additional performance-based incentive ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹10,000.
