About the Team
The Go-To-Market (GTM) team is tasked with embedding AI agents within enterprise environments by collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and deployment units. The team is pioneering new methods to drive AI adoption beyond traditional SaaS sales models in a collaborative setting focused on experimentation and execution.
Role Overview
The Associate Business Development role supports scaling the outbound pipeline by identifying high-priority target accounts and engaging senior stakeholders through personalized outreach. Responsibilities include qualifying inbound interest, coordinating with Account Executives and GTM leads to generate opportunities, and gaining exposure to enterprise sales cycles involving AI platform deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate target accounts, identify decision makers, and tailor communications considering each prospect's business context
- Evaluate inbound leads promptly against ideal customer profile (ICP) and delegate appropriately
- Produce qualified meetings for Account Executives using focused multi-channel outreach such as email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and video
- Collaborate with Account Executives and GTM leadership on account planning and outbound strategy
- Maintain precise CRM data and seamless handoff documentation
- Work with marketing to experiment on messaging and outreach channels, integrating feedback into GTM processes
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly goals related to meetings booked, pipeline influence, CRM data quality, and outreach effectiveness
- Keep current with AI agent technology, company offerings, and relevant industry trends to engage senior stakeholders knowledgeably
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated success in roles demanding goal achievement such as SDR/BDR positions, internships, entrepreneurial ventures, or competitive team environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an informed understanding of AI agents to confidently interact with enterprise stakeholders immediately
- Practical experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot and outbound sales tools such as Outreach or SalesLoft
- Strong enthusiasm for AI, automation technologies, or enterprise software solutions
- Proven ability to meet or exceed pipeline and meeting targets
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous exposure to sales within operations, customer experience, finance, IT, or regulated sectors
- Familiarity with AI, automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or workflow software markets
- Multilingual capabilities, especially German proficiency for EU target markets
- Experience with verticalized GTM strategies or named-account sales
- Contribution to designing outbound sales playbooks or sequences
- Background in fast-growing startup environments
