We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Stradivarius store team in Hannover, Germany. This full-time, on-site position involves transforming strategic goals into tangible daily outcomes within the store setting. As Assistant Store Manager, you will bridge the gap between people, processes, and performance to drive the store's success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop your team, foster talent growth, and ensure the commercial targets are actively pursued and achieved each day. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to make informed decisions, set priorities, and continuously advance the store’s operations and results. Maintain a strong focus on sales performance, customer service excellence, and positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

You understand that effective leadership provides guidance and motivation that produce results. Your management approach balances attention to sales achievements, customer service quality, and team morale. Your influence is visible across the entire store, impacting the team, the sales floor, and the business metrics.
