About the Role
Our company, a global leader in jewellery retail known for its commitment to quality and sustainability, invites applications for the position of Assistant Store Manager at our Llandudno store in Wales. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 32 hours per week with a highly competitive salary ranging from A331,725 to A338,400 (full-time equivalent) and eligibility for monthly bonuses between 10% to 20%. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support store operations, acting as a key player on the shop floor and assisting the Store Manager to drive business success.
- Analyze sales data, key performance indicators, and customer feedback to inform commercial decision-making and enhance store performance.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic business plans to meet sales targets.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product displays comply with brand standards to maximize commercial impact.
- Manage and cultivate a diverse, inclusive team by providing leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
- Demonstrate and instil company values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver amongst team members.
- Serve as an ambassador on the sales floor, delivering excellent customer service through knowledgeable product storytelling and replicating the sales ceremony.
- Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support daily operational tasks including staff scheduling, stock control, till operations, and ensuring compliance with security and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards on the sales floor, manage stock efficiently, and uphold operational excellence.

This role requires availability seven days a week: Monday through Sunday, covering 32 hours per week.
