Job Description
We are seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers to work within one of our distinguished brands: Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen, a top-ranked Japanese ramen chain known for its signature volcano ramen; belle-ville Pancake Cafe, an award-winning Japanese soufflé pancake cafe recognized by Wine and Dine magazine in 2020 and 2021; Maji Curry, a celebrated Japanese curry rice restaurant from Tokyo; and Chateraise, a popular Japanese patisserie specializing in cakes and traditional sweets with hands-on cake decoration duties.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service and kitchen support adhering to superior Japanese hospitality standards.
- Engage in comprehensive training under dedicated management to refine operational skills.
- Manage inventory control including accurate stock counting.
- Understand and prepare profit and loss statements effectively.
- Utilize marketing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to create and disseminate promotional content.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of relevant industry experience.
