Role Overview

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. This includes supervising staff, ensuring outstanding guest service, maintaining high luxury service standards, overseeing financial goals, and facilitating smooth restaurant functions in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all daily activities of the restaurant.
  • Oversee and support restaurant team members during service to guarantee seamless operations.
