Role overview
Hilton is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a dining outlet at The Plaza Doha in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will support the restaurant leadership team in running day-to-day operations while helping create warm, memorable guest experiences in line with the brand’s hospitality standards.
What you will do
- Help manage everyday outlet operations, covering guest service quality, product standards, stock levels, cost management, profitability, marketing activities, budgeting, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to track service and food quality, handle guest concerns, respond to feedback, and drive improvements in the dining experience.
- Guide and support team members, provide coaching, assist with performance reviews, and help build employee development initiatives.
- Support sales growth by contributing to marketing plans, suggestive selling methods, and promotional activities for food and beverage revenue.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members so they meet service expectations and operational standards.
- Ensure the outlet follows health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-related regulations to protect both guests and team members.
