Overview

Scott Humphrey Corporation is working with a well-established general contractor that delivers highly technical ground-up builds across commercial, industrial, mission-critical, healthcare, education, and advanced technology markets. This position supports Project Managers with the daily coordination and administration of construction work from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on schedule control, cost tracking, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Project Managers to handle day-to-day project activities through all stages of construction.
  • Manage and follow up on RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting notes, and general document control.
  • Monitor procurement timelines and help align material deliveries with field operations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors on scope reviews, contract administration, and outstanding action items.
  • Keep project logs up to date and support reporting on budgets, schedules, and cost status.
  • Work alongside Superintendents and field teams so project records match on-site progress.
  • Join owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings and ensure action items are tracked through completion.
  • Review drawings and specifications to assist with issue resolution and overall project coordination.
  • Support invoice processing, pay applications, and closeout documentation.
  • Assist with MEP coordination and maintain communication between design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership.
  • Help spot project risks and support resolution of schedule or coordination issues during construction.
