Overview
Finagg Technologies Private Limited is searching for a proactive and skilled Assistant Field Collection Manager to join our Pune team. This role centers on managing and recovering business loan dues, specifically focusing on challenging cases such as NPAs and loans with significant overdue periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform frequent field visits to recover overdue payments for business loans, mainly concentrating on accounts with Days Past Due (DPD) beyond 90 days.
- Handle a designated portfolio of accounts, devising effective strategies to reclaim outstanding dues in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships with borrowers to promote timely repayments and resolve any conflicts.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily collection reports and ensure accurate system updates reflecting each field visit.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Collections Manager, providing regular status updates on collection progress.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and legal regulations throughout the recovery process.
- Utilize negotiation and persuasion techniques to gain repayment commitments from defaulting borrowers.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Business Loan Collections, notably dealing with hard collections, NPAs, write-off cases, and loans with DPD exceeding 90 days.
- Demonstrated experience managing large ticket sizes, typically ranging from 7 to 10 lakhs.
- Must be a local Pune resident due to the extensive nature of fieldwork involved.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages to effectively communicate with borrowers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Capability to operate independently and consistently achieve collection targets.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license along with personal transportation to facilitate field visits.
