Overview

The Assistant Director for Digital & Innovations at Frasers Property Singapore plays a key leadership role in advancing the company's digital transformation and innovation strategy. Aligned with the OneFrasers vision, this position leads complex digital initiatives, drives property technology (PropTech) advances, and manages strategic platforms to achieve tangible business benefits. Key Duties

• Manage a broad range of digital and PropTech projects from initial concept and business case development to implementation, user adoption, and ongoing optimization while establishing effective governance, standardized processes, and reporting to accelerate delivery and value generation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Leasing, Marketing, Property, and Corporate divisions to translate business needs into impactful technological solutions, serving as a trusted advisor by providing data-informed guidance balancing operations, technology, and risk.
• Lead vendor management activities for critical platforms, including RFP creation, assessment, negotiations, and service level agreement monitoring, fostering long-term supplier partnerships that promote continuous enhancement and cost efficiency.
• Oversee strategic leadership for commercial platforms, defining product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and ensuring scalability while championing organizational change management for maximum adoption and value realization.
• Advance PropTech efforts such as Smart Facilities Management and Digital Twin technologies to enhance marketing, leasing, and operational effectiveness by transforming building and asset data into actionable insights.
• Act as the dedicated Digital Partner for the FPS Leasing team, guiding process digitalization, market intelligence improvements, and tenant acquisition and retention enhancements.
• Identify and manage innovation funding opportunities including grants, ensuring proposal development, compliance, and effective utilization while driving agile pilots and Proofs-of-Concept to assess risks and returns.
• Proactively handle delivery risks, technical dependencies, and system integration challenges ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity policies (including PDPA), data governance, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in digital product management, project management, or digital transformation roles.
• Demonstrated success managing complex B2B/B2C digital platform projects such as retail CRM systems, mobile apps, tenant management, or e-commerce integrations.
• Preferred background in Real Estate, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies, full product lifecycle management, and modern IT architectures including APIs, microservices, cloud-native environments, and data lakes.
• Familiarity with digital payment systems, CRM technologies, enterprise applications (e.g., SAP), and mobile ecosystems.
• Professional certifications like PMP, CSPO, or Agile Coach are advantageous.
