Job Overview
Career Planto is actively seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager specialized in FMCG dealer and distributor management based in Mewla Maharajpur, Delhi-NCR. This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee and boost sales performance within the assigned territory, ensuring strong market penetration and excellent retailer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets within the allocated area.
- Conduct daily visits to retail outlets to drive sales and collect new orders.
- Maintain product availability, proper display, and product quality freshness at retail locations.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with local retailers and distributors to strengthen market presence.
- Implement company sales initiatives, including promotional schemes and merchandising strategies effectively.
- Monitor competitive activity closely and report valuable market intelligence to senior management.
- Manage order collection processes, coordinate billing activities, and ensure timely payment follow-ups with customers.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in sales management within the FMCG sector. Proven ability to handle dealer and distributor channels in the designated geographic region is essential.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges from INR 40,000 to INR 45,000, supplemented by incentive earnings based on performance.
