About the Role
Our client is a global frontrunner in hybrid workspace solutions, crafting innovative, efficient, and collaborative environments for businesses of all sizes. With flexible working gaining massive momentum across New Zealand, they are expanding and require a driven sales expert to stimulate growth in the Wellington region.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and secure new business by actively prospecting and acquiring tenants for flexible workspaces throughout Wellington.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound initiatives and networking locally.
- Conduct in-person tours for prospective clients to showcase exceptional workspace facilities and elucidate the benefits of hybrid work models.
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial cold outreach to contract closure, consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in outbound B2B sales environments involving self-generated leads and cold sourcing.
- Possesses a high-energy, tenacious approach with resilience to overcome objections and bounce back swiftly.
- Strong interpersonal and closing skills with ability to quickly build rapport and guide client decisions effectively.
- Willing and able to travel frequently within Wellington for fieldwork, with mileage support provided.
- Must have New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid open work visa with long-term eligibility.
