Role overview
This position is responsible for improving productivity across a portfolio of stores and making sure each outlet runs efficiently. The role focuses on store performance, people leadership, operational discipline, and sales growth within the assigned area.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out regular store visits to assess operations, hygiene standards, and how efficiently each station is functioning.
- Build a positive workplace culture across all outlets and support the delivery of sales targets.
- Take part in recruiting and training crew members and managers.
- Supervise outlet scheduling, ordering, and day-to-day work allocation.
- Address employee discipline issues and terminations when required, following company policy.
- Define standards and performance goals for the outlets under your charge.
- Guide store managers so they work together effectively and stay focused on shared objectives.
- Manage budgets carefully and ensure stores remain profitable.
- Make sure all outlets follow company policies and operational procedures.
- Support the rollout of company-wide strategies at store level.
- Monitor and improve store processes and operations across the assigned district.
- Review customer satisfaction, order handling, fulfilment, and returns processes.
- Track performance through key metrics and resolve issues that affect results.
- Prepare progress updates and highlight concerns for senior management.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in F&B, specifically in a managerial position.
- Prior experience managing more than 3 outlets.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working under pressure.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Energetic, adaptable, highly motivated, and sales-focused.
- Strong people-management skills with the ability to engage effectively with management.
- Self-driven and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Additional information
