About the Role
dsarchitekten gmbh is looking for an experienced architect/project lead to take ownership of demanding planning and construction projects on site in Nuremberg, Bavaria. The role combines design quality, coordination, scheduling, cost control, and direct collaboration with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders across all service phases from concept through construction execution.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage planning and construction assignments with strong expectations around design quality, punctual delivery, and cost reliability.
- Coordinate closely with clients and public authorities.
- Organize and align the work of planning and construction participants.
- Prepare project schedules and cost plans.
- Monitor internal performance and project costs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, budget targets, and deadlines.
- Oversee the full project during the planning process across service phases 1 to 8.
Profile
- Completed degree in architecture or a similar field.
- Several years of experience in planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and assertiveness skills, combined with initiative.
- Creative approach with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a team-leadership role.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Confident use of standard office software; experience with Archicad and/or Orca is desirable.
- Very good knowledge of planning standards and regulations.
- Interest in resource-efficient and environmentally conscious design and construction.
- Enjoys communicating and working collaboratively in teams.
