Job description
About the Role
A well-established architectural design firm located in County Offaly is looking for an experienced Architect or Project Architect to enhance their expanding team. This respected practice is known across Ireland for its high-quality work on medium to large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects nationwide. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative design consultancy team involved in all project phases, from initial concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Must be a Registered Architect with RIAI or RIBA or be progressing towards registration.
- Bring over 10 years of postgraduate architectural experience.
- Experience working on residential, mixed-use, or retail projects is highly preferred.
- Have a strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and Planning Regulations.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software applications.
- Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Proven track record of managing projects successfully to completion aligned with industry standards.
- Possess full legal entitlement to work in Ireland.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary range between €55,000 and €65,000, depending on experience.
