Role Overview and Responsibilities

As an Architect at Suvan Design Consultants, you will be involved in creating architectural and interior design drawings, preparing detailed working drawings, GFCs, and construction documents. Your duties include aiding in concept ideation, space planning, and delivering design presentations. You will also prepare detailed layouts such as elevations, sections, and intricate detail drawings. Coordination with consultants, vendors, and site teams will be an essential part of your role. Additionally, you will perform site visits and assist in site coordination to ensure smooth project execution. Preparing BOQs, material specifications, and scheduling tasks will be part of your responsibilities as well. Supporting senior architects throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion, will be expected alongside ensuring all drawings meet project standards and deadlines.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Architecture degree (B.Arch) with 0 to 2 years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, while familiarity with SketchUp is also necessary. A foundational understanding of rendering tools like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion will be beneficial. Candidates should have working knowledge of MS Office and a strong grasp of construction drawings and detailing. Effective communication and coordination abilities are important, along with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
