The Application Engineer for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the seamless execution of concrete pouring at project sites. This role involves close collaboration with customers and plant teams to maintain high service and product quality amidst a highly competitive and fragmented RMC industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers during site operations to obtain feedback and address any concerns.
• Resolve on-site challenges related to pumping, pouring, and labor management; escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
• Conduct concrete pouring at sites after verifying that all required infrastructure and safety protocols are in place; report any deviations.
• Monitor slump and perform cube casting, ensuring proper curing of concrete, and collaborate with the Plant Quality Control Incharge when problems arise.
• Track and document variations between initial requirements and actual site execution, covering quality parameters and labor-related issues.
