Work Schedule

The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an on-call rotation every fourth week for emergency maintenance responsibilities at one property.

Job Responsibilities

• Timely and professional completion of maintenance work orders
• Preparing apartments for new residents by performing turnover tasks
• Performing painting, staining, and light carpentry work
• Conducting preventive maintenance and repairing exterior areas
• Serving on-call duties periodically for emergencies at a single property
• Assisting with housing inspections and ensuring adherence to safety protocols

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of general maintenance experience
• Minimum of 6 months working specifically in apartment maintenance
• Basic skills in plumbing, electrical repairs, and appliance servicing
• HVAC repair expertise and EPA certification are mandatory
• Pool maintenance knowledge and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities alongside strong customer service orientation
• Readiness to complete fundamental safety training within 30 days of employment
