Role Overview
Verian is hiring an Analyst for its Operations team on a one-year contract. This role suits someone who enjoys handling complex, high-visibility projects, juggling several priorities at once, and delivering accurate work under strict timelines.
What You Will Do
- Assist with project coordination and fieldwork delivery for both qualitative and quantitative studies, including reviewing questionnaires, managing recruitment screeners, and making respondent calls.
- Monitor project and fieldwork timelines, while also helping track costs and coordination with vendors and clients.
- Make sure project management and fieldwork activities follow Verian’s internal standards.
- Take part in fieldwork observations and support interviewer and recruitment briefings.
- Join Project Review Meetings and help capture key learnings from each project.
- Flag any project or fieldwork risks and issues quickly so they can be addressed on time.
- Help with project administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, and similar tasks.
- Provide support for other operational requirements as needed.
What They Are Looking For
- A degree is preferred, though applicants with a diploma and a strong interest or aptitude for project execution management may also be considered.
- Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Good analytical thinking, interpersonal ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with multitasking, staying structured, and working toward deadlines.
- Ability to remain effective under pressure and follow through on long-duration projects.
- Solid Excel proficiency.
- Strong spoken, written, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual ability in English and one mother tongue language such as Chinese, Malay, or Tamil.
- Applicants must be Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents and must currently live in Singapore.
