Analyst I

About the Role

Imagine360 is seeking an entry-level Analyst I to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position is fully remote and focuses on gathering, examining, and interpreting data to enhance business strategies and operational improvements, primarily within healthcare contexts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple sources including databases, spreadsheets, and external channels.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency through regular validation processes.
• Conduct foundational statistical analyses to detect trends and patterns.
• Support creation and upkeep of reports and dashboards monitoring key performance indicators.
• Develop data visualizations such as charts and tables to communicate insights clearly.
• Generate custom reports and presentations to assist various departments and projects.
• Perform routine data quality evaluations and address discrepancies.
• Contribute to enhancing data collection and reporting methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to understand and meet analytical needs.
• Engage in team discussions offering data-based advice and recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or healthcare management is required.
• Competency in Excel and statistical tools like R or Python.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working collaboratively across technical and business teams is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare data systems and terminology is desirable.
• Exposure to artificial intelligence technologies adds value.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
