Job Responsibilities
- Manage HR service requests and employee lifecycle actions with precise attention and adherence to service level agreements.
- Address HR-related inquiries from employees and managers concerning policies, workflows, and services.
- Take full ownership of cases by ensuring accurate documentation, timely resolution, and compliance with established processes.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and other HR departments to resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and governance norms are upheld in all HR transactions.
- Contribute to reporting, case monitoring, process enhancement, and operational excellence efforts.
- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Excel proficiently for case tracking and HR system management.
- Support maintaining superior service quality and fostering a positive employee experience within HR Shared Services operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years within HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Employee Services.
- Mandatory hands-on experience supporting US client operations.
- Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Additional Information
- Work schedule is from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
- Position is located at Sutherland’s Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai.
