Role Overview

Positioned in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, this role involves handling airline refund processes. The salary package offers up to ₹23,000 CTC with an additional travel allowance of up to ₹3,500 monthly. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with fixed weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off.

Responsibilities & Knowledge Areas

• Manage voluntary and involuntary airline refund procedures.
• Understand and apply YQ/YR taxes as part of refund calculations.
• Familiarity with airport and geo codes for accurate processing.
• Create, retrieve, and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs).
• Analyze airline fare rules for appropriate refund computations.
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre effectively.
• Maintain clear communication skills and pay close attention to detail.

Qualifications and Preferences

• Freshers with IATA certification are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in airline refunds, ticketing, reservations, or travel operations is favored.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
