About the Role
Join a premier provider of engine overhaul and component repair services focused on the Rolls-Royce Trent engine series. With highly advanced facilities servicing all Trent engine models and an engine testing hub capable of over 300 overhauls per year, this company offers cutting-edge solutions and swift turnaround to clients globally.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in aircraft engines within a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment.
- Carry out comprehensive engine disassembly, examination, repair, and reassembly per OEM manuals and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct testing and calibration of engine components to uphold stringent safety, quality, and performance benchmarks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for all maintenance work undertaken.
- Maintain precise records and documentation in compliance with company and aviation authority standards.
- Support training initiatives and assist in operational set up as needed.
Work Schedule
- Four-day work week with 8-hour shifts.
- Morning shift: 6:30am – 4:15pm.
- Afternoon shift: 4:00pm – 1:45am.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic monthly salary up to $3,500; gross salary up to $4,000 or higher, depending on allowances and performance bonuses.
- Fixed shift allowance of $250 per month.
- Guaranteed monthly bonus and performance bonus (up to 4 months of salary, depending on performance).
- Medical and dental coverage up to $1,200.
- Additional flexible benefits up to $1,800 per year.

Requirements
- Possess at least a NITEC certificate in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in aviation, aerospace, or aircraft engine maintenance—preference for candidates with strong hands-on engine skills.
- Capable of working in a rotating shift environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with keen attention to detail.
