Aircraft Engine Technician (MRO)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in aircraft engines within a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment.
• Carry out comprehensive engine disassembly, examination, repair, and reassembly per OEM manuals and maintenance procedures.
• Conduct testing and calibration of engine components to uphold stringent safety, quality, and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for all maintenance work undertaken.
• Maintain precise records and documentation in compliance with company and aviation authority standards.
• Support training initiatives and assist in operational set up as needed.

Work Schedule

• Four-day work week with 8-hour shifts.
• Morning shift: 6:30am – 4:15pm.
• Afternoon shift: 4:00pm – 1:45am.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic monthly salary up to $3,500; gross salary up to $4,000 or higher, depending on allowances and performance bonuses.
• Fixed shift allowance of $250 per month.
• Guaranteed monthly bonus and performance bonus (up to 4 months of salary, depending on performance).

Requirements

• Possess at least a NITEC certificate in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in aviation, aerospace, or aircraft engine maintenance—preference for candidates with strong hands-on engine skills.
• Capable of working in a rotating shift environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with keen attention to detail.
