Role overview
This remote contract position is focused on helping improve advanced AI systems by providing accurate, human-led training and evaluation. Your input will influence how models learn, reason, and respond in real-world scenarios.
Core responsibilities
- Review AI-generated answers and rate them using structured rubrics and performance criteria across a range of topics.
- Label and organize datasets so the model can learn more accurately and consistently.
- Examine content carefully for relevance, logical flow, and factual correctness.
- Share precise, useful feedback on model outputs to support iterative improvements.
- Work with the client team to understand instructions and help refine evaluation guidelines.
- Keep detailed documentation of annotations, assessments, and review outcomes.
- Handle complex reading and analysis across areas such as business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal content.
Requirements and qualifications
- Strong accuracy and a sharp eye for detail when evaluating and annotating data.
- Solid critical-reading and analytical ability, with the judgment to apply scoring rubrics correctly.
- Good written and spoken communication skills to express feedback clearly and professionally.
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Prior experience reviewing or scoring large amounts of content against detailed standards.
- Experience with AI training, machine learning annotation, or similar work is an advantage.
- Comfort working both independently and with others in a fully remote setup.
Preferred background
A background in business, finance, legal, marketing, healthcare, or research is preferred. Experience with AI training, human-in-the-loop workflows, or QA review of AI-generated content is also valuable. Familiarity with common annotation tools or AI evaluation platforms is a plus.
