About the Company
This role is with a technology and telecommunications firm based in Singapore.
Role Overview
As an AI Developer, you will design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation systems. Your responsibilities include configuring and deploying AI agents on large language model (LLM) platforms, crafting effective prompts and system directives to ensure reliable AI outcomes, as well as developing and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, knowledge bases, and retrieval mechanisms. Integration of AI features into products and internal systems through APIs will also be a key part of your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-enabled workflows and automation frameworks.
- Set up and deploy AI agents utilizing LLM platforms.
- Create and optimise prompts and system instructions for consistent AI performance.
- Develop and sustain RAG solutions along with knowledge bases and information retrieval systems.
- Incorporate AI functionalities into product offerings and internal platforms via API integrations.
Candidate Profile
- Background in software or AI engineering.
- Practical experience with large language models, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, or automation workflows.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or comparable technologies.
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Experience in API integration and creating automation solutions.
