AI Data Curator

About the Role

The AI Data Curator at PWN-ALL is entrusted with managing and refining textual content used in AI applications and internal knowledge platforms. This position requires organizing and reviewing Markdown files, ensuring content accuracy, categorizing information systematically, and preparing datasets to facilitate AI training and enhance AI-generated outputs.

Responsibilities

• Sort, examine and structure Markdown and other text-based files.
• Assign content to relevant categories such as topics, projects, or departments.
• Clean, format, and prepare text data for AI learning initiatives and internal documentation.
• Identify and correct formatting mistakes, broken links, duplicated or inconsistent content in Markdown files.
• Manage files by renaming, relocating, merging, or separating according to company standards.
• Evaluate AI responses to ensure they meet criteria for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and conformity with guidelines.
• Detect and flag erroneous, outdated, incomplete, or redundant information within datasets.
• Annotate and label text data based on predefined protocols.
• Maintain consistent folder organization, tagging, and metadata values, as well as standardized naming conventions.
• Transform unstructured data into clearly formatted Markdown documents.
• Gather and systematize feedback related to AI performance and user responses.
• Report recurring content problems, data gaps, and inconsistencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, content creators, and operations personnel.
• Keep detailed records of file reviews, completed tasks, issues identified, and changes made.
• Adhere strictly to data quality, privacy, and security policies.
• Provide support during intensive data processing and AI training periods.
• Perform additional duties related to AI data preparation, documentation, and content management as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of Markdown syntax and document structuring.
• Proficient handling of files, folders, text documents, and structured datasets.
• High command of the English language, especially in reading comprehension and written communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting formatting and content errors.
• Strong organizational skills and efficient time management capabilities.
• Ability to accurately process large volumes of information consistently.
• Capacity to interpret and apply detailed instructions, classification rules, and content standards.
• Critical analytical reasoning to assess the quality and relevance of information.
• Multitasking proficiency and effective prioritization skills.
• Previous experience with AI tools, language models, datasets, or content management systems is beneficial.
• Basic familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or other version control systems is advantageous.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, YAML, JSON, or similar structured text formats is a plus.
• Experience in data labeling, content moderation, technical writing, quality assurance, or document administration is valuable.
• Knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, or Czech languages is an additional asset.

Working Terms

• Monthly salary fixed at 12,500 AED.
• Performance bonuses up to 10,000 AED annually during intense workload phases.
• Working schedule: Monday to Thursday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Periods of high workload are expected during significant dataset refreshes, AI training cycles, and project deadlines.
• The role involves extensive interaction with text files, document systems, and AI platforms.
• Training sessions, internal manuals, and detailed task instructions will be supplied.
