Job Overview
Under the guidance of the Director of Corporate Systems, the Agiloft Administrator is responsible for the ongoing support, upkeep, and enhancement of the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role integrates technical expertise, strong problem-solving capabilities, and business insight to guarantee the application's consistent reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 5 years of practical experience supporting the Agiloft platform within a corporate Information Systems environment.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including system testing and managing change control procedures.
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of resolving complex issues with the system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users, developers, and business management.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while handling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Proven adaptability to learn new enterprise systems swiftly.
- Team-oriented approach with a proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOX, FDA validation, or comparable frameworks is advantageous.
