Role overview
TalentPop is hiring a detail-focused Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support and grow its affiliate marketing efforts. The position centers on partner outreach, building strong affiliate relationships, coordinating campaigns, and monitoring results for a fast-moving remote team.
Key responsibilities
- Help launch, maintain, and improve affiliate marketing programs.
- Find and onboard affiliates that fit client brand objectives and audience needs.
- Handle daily communication with affiliates and nurture productive working relationships.
- Organize affiliate promotions, campaign activity, and special offer rollouts.
- Monitor affiliate results, evaluate performance data, and create reports.
- Prepare recurring performance updates for account managers and clients.
- Support payout workflows and help keep affiliate tracking records accurate.
- Review competitor affiliate tactics and suggest ways to strengthen performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of online or remote work experience is required.
- Prior exposure to affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer programs is preferred.
- Comfort using Google Workspace along with Microsoft Excel or Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus relationship-building ability.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
- Experience with affiliate networks such as ShareASale, Impact, or CJ Affiliate is a plus.
Technical setup
- A laptop or desktop with an i5 processor or a Mac equivalent.
- Stable internet with at least 25 Mbps download and upload speed.
- A quiet and dedicated workspace.
